The Alfred State lacrosse team fell behind 4-0 early and could not recover and fell 20-6 to #8 SUNY Delhi.

Brandon Griffin (Corning) east netted two goals while Frank Martin (Whitney Point) had a goal and an assist.  Nate Spoor (Penn Yan), Dave Ford (Elmont/Sewanhaka), and Bradley Murdoch (Auburn) all found the back of the net once.

The Broncos jumped out to a 4-0 lead and led 9-4 at halftime.

The Pioneers continue their spring break trip on Monday with a 4 p.m. contest with Union (NJ) County College.
