Brockport, NY- The Alfred State Women's Outdoor Track and Field team performed well at the Brockport Multi & Invite, tallying nine top-10 finishes.

In the track events,
Oli Kraynik took home second place in the 1500m crossing the finish line in 4:55.26. This score now puts her third all-time in Alfred State program history. She also took home seventh place in the 200m with a time of 26.64 which puts her ninth in program history.

In the 10,000m race, Caity Strecker placed fourth with an impressive time of 44:13.15 which puts her fifth in all time in program history.
Ava Sylvester also took home fifth place but in the 3000m steeplechase, crossing the finish line in 13:08.47.

Emily Richardson also earned a second-place title in the high jump final with a best jump of 1.55 meters. She also placed 10
th in the 100m dash, finishing with a time of 13.25. Bri Prescott placed ninth as well in the high jump final with a best of 1.40 meters.

In the Hammer Throw Open,
Lily Rafferty secured 10
th place out of 24 with a best throw of 31.60 meters.

To cap off the Invite,
Alysha Calvo finished fourth place in the Heptathlon with a total score of 3298. On Sunday, starting with the 100m hurdles she notched fourth with a time of 17.70 and in the high jump she took second place with a best of 1.49 meters. She would then take second in shot put with a best throw of 8.40 meters followed by a fourth-place finish in the 200m with a time of 27.93. On Monday, the long jump was the first event where she placed fourth with a best jump of 4.73 meters. In the javelin throw she took sixth place with a best of 17.27 meters and finished the Heptathlon with the 800m race where she crossed the finish line in eighth with a time of 2:58.22. With her overall score, Calvo is now fifth all-time in program history.
