Pioneers Tallied Two Wins On Day Two Of SUNYAC Indoor Championship

Brockport, NY-  The Alfred State women's track and field team finished seventh in the SUNYAC Indoor Championship.

Oli Kraynik won the 800 meter run with a time of 2:18.06. With that time, she hit the AARTFC qualifying time. Also in that event was Olivia Plummer who finished in seventh with a time of 2:33.52.

Emily Richardson won the high jump with a best jump of 1.57 meters, which was just shy of the AARTFC standards.

Haliey Beman finished right outside the finals in ninth in long jump with a best jump of 4.87 meters.

Janiesha Dureny would take 11th in shot put with a best throw of 10.12 meters. Hailey Kumpf took 14th place in the mile after running a 5:47.84.

The final standings are:

1)     Cortland- 243.5

2)     Oneonta- 124.5

3)     Delhi- 76

4)     Buff State- 52

5)     Plattsburgh- 47

6)     PS Behrend- 30

7)     Alfred State- 25

8)     Fredonia- 24.5

9)     Oswego State- 11.5

10)  Potsdam/Cobleskill- 10
