Rochester, NY- The Alfred State women's track and field team tallied a few personal best at the AARTFC
regional championship meet.

Izzy Popoff run a 5:32.75 to shave three seconds off her previous best in the 1 mile to finish in 25th place.

Then in the 400 meter dash, Oli Kraynik ran a 1:00.80 to take home 18th place.
