Utica, NY- The Alfred State women's track and field team tallied multiple top 15 finishes at the Utica Blue & Orange Invite and Multi.

Starting with the 800-meter run, the trio of Oli Kraynik, Izzy Popoff, and Olivia Plummer finished in 8^th, 9^th, and 10^th respectively.  Then in the 400-meter dash, Charis Evans ran a 1:17.97 for 27^th place. Evans would also tally a 13^th place finish in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 11.83.

Kraynik notched a six-place finish in the pole vault after jumping 3.00 meters. With that jump, Kraynik set a new school record, the previous record was 2.94 meters. Laura Walter would jump 2.55 meters for 10^th place, before jumping 4.59 meters in the long jump for eighth place.

In the throwing events, Jileena Stearns finished 14^th in the shot put with a distance of 8.78 meters. Then in the weight throw, Mackenzie Gillette threw 9.81 meters for 14^th place.
