The Alfred State women's track and field team competed at the ROC City Final Qualifier at Nazareth on Sunday.

The 4x100-meter relay of Madeline Cole (Homer), Sarah Rivet (Waterford/ Shenendehowa), Laura Walter (Lancaster) and Madison Snayczuk (Machias/Pioneer) ran a season best 51.35 to place 6^th.

Rivet finished 7^th in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal best 1:08.70 which puts her 6^th on the Alfred State All-Time list.

Emma Taggart (New Windsor) took 5^th in high jump with a mark of 1.55m.

Nicole Hume (Alexander) was 10^th in discus with 32.92m and 15^th in hammer with 40.31.

The Pioneers will compete at the AARTFC Championships on Wednesday and Thursday May 18-19.
