The Alfred State track & field continued their season at the Cortland Friday Under the Lights Invite.

Katherine Frascella (Franklinville) was 7th in the 3,000 steeplechase in 14:11.23 while Delaney Ward (South Jefferson) was 8th (15:43.50). Marissa Sly (N. Tonawanda) was 10th in the long jump (4.20 m) and 12th in the 100 hurdles (18.73) while Julia Yanarella (Roy Ketcham) was 12th in the javelin (20.22 m)

The 4x400 relay team finished 5th in 5:29.72.

The Pioneers will next be in action on Tuesday when they host the Alfred Invitational. The action at Pioneer Stadium starts at 2 p.m.
