Ithaca, NY- The Alfred State track and field programs competed at the Ithaca College In-Between Meet.
In the women's long jump,
Alysha Calvo finished in 13
th with a best jump of 4.91 meters. Then in the women's hammer throw,
Lily Rafferty had a best throw of 38.31 meters to take 14
th.
In the men's shot put,
Greg Raymond finished in second after a best throw of 13.80 meters. Then in the javelin throw, two Pioneers finished in the top five.
Henry Smith took fourth with a best throw of 46.16 meters.
Colton Crowe followed with a best throw of 45.46 meters to take fifth place.
Both programs will be back in action next week as they will head to Collegeville, PA to compete at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships. The championship event will begin on May 13
th.
