Selinsgrove, PA- The Alfred State Men's Outdoor Track and Field team traveled south to the Jim Taylor Duals at Susquehanna where a handful of Pioneers stood out at the first outdoor meet!

In high jump, JJ Howard secured first place with a best jump of 1.93 meters, qualifying him for the AARTFC's. Howard is now tied for nineth all-time in Alfred State history for high jump.
Gavin Stearns took third place in the same event, with a best of 1.88 meters.

Brandon Russell took home fourth place in discus throw with a best of 44.60 meters, earning him a spot at the AARTFC's. He is also fifth all-time in Alfred State history in discus.

Christian Wescott placed third overall in the 1500m, crossing the finish line in 4:04.62.

Nolan LeBaron notched fourth place in the 3000m steeplechase, crossing the finish line in 10:58.36.

Colton Crowe is now seventh all-time in Alfred State history in javelin throw as he had a best throw of 47.43 meters, coming in 15
th place.

Jerome Harmon finished fourth in the 4x100 race in a time of 43.83 seconds.
