Kent, OH- The Alfred State Men's Indoor Track and Field team traveled to Kent University to compete in the Doug Raymond Invitational. Three Pioneers now officially hold Alfred State all-time records for their perspective events, while two of them also qualified for AARTFCs.
Jordan White took home fifth place in the long jump with a best jump of 6.95 meters which qualified him for the AARTFC's while also placing him 5
th all-time in Alfred State history.
Tyler Konter placed seventh in the long jump with a best of 6.87 meters which also qualified him for the AARTFC's. Konter is now 6
th all-time, following White.

In the weighted throw,
Greg Raymond earned eighth place with a best throw of 17.25 meters. This distance has locked him into second place all-time in weighted throws at Alfred State.

In the 400 meter dash, freshman
Ethan Hanford placed 35
th with a time of 54.53.
Christian Wescott crossed the finish line in 11
th place out of 47 runners, with a time of 1:56.19.
Max Knight notched 24
th place in the 3000 meter run with a time of 9:33.78.
In the high jump,
Gavin Stearns placed eighth with a best jump of 1.85 meters.
Ben VanVranken secured fourth place in pole vault with a best jump of 4.25 meters. JT Mariotti slotted himself in 12
th place with a best of 3.80 meters.
In the triple jump,
Aden Alexander notched 10
th place with a best jump of 13.39 meters.
The Pios head to the Nazareth D3 Elite Invite this coming weekend, time still to be determined.
