Rochester, NY- The Alfred State Men's Indoor Track and Field team competed at the Nazareth D3 Elite Invite this weekend. A singular Pioneer secured first place in their event this weekend.

Jordan White was the lone Pio that took home a first-place title, in the long jump. With a result of 6.60 meters to take home the title.

In pole vault,
Ben VanVranken placed second overall, with a best of 4.45 meters.

Jerome Harmon grabbed third place in the 60m dash, crossing the finish line in 7.10 seconds.

In the triple jump,
Aden Alexander placed third overall, with a best of 12.95 meters.

Gavin Stearns placed fourth in the high jump event with a best jump of 1.88 meters.

In the 800m,
Christian Wescott crossed the finish line in fourth place with a time of 1:56.26, which qualified him for the AARTFC's

Greg Raymond took home third place in the weighted throw with a best throw of 16.77 meters. Raymond also secured nineth place in shot put, with a best throw of 13.32 meters.

Max Knight notched 14
th place in the 3000m race, finishing with a solid time of 9:26.30. Freshman, Myke Waldon took home 15
th place in the 200m event with a time of 24.30.

The Pioneers head over to Houghton University this coming weekend, February 21
st, time still to be determined.
