Greenville, PA- The Alfred State Women's Lacrosse team suffered a loss on the road in today's week-day game against Thiel, 16-3.
 
Thiel grabbed three goals in the first half. Two minutes into the second half, Karlee Hargather was able to find some space and score the first Pioneer goal. Thiel would then go on to grab six more goals, putting the score at 9-1. Hargather would notch another goal in the top of the third quarter. Abigail Lussier would then grab the Pios their third and final goal of the game. Thiel held ASC for the remainder of the game and took home the win, 16-3.
 
The Pios will be back on the field on Saturday at Norte Dame of Maryland University, game time set for 1 pm.
