Hartwick, NY- The Alfred State women's swim and dive team tallied a win over St. Lawrence, 165-101.
Madison Snayczuk picked up two wins on the day. First in the 200 free, she touched the wall in 2:03.01. Lydia Lapierre also came in fifth in the event with a time of 2:08.82. Snayczuk second win came in the 100 free, after she touched the wall in 55.06.
Mallory O'Keefe also picked up a win in the 200 fly, she pulled away from the pack to touch the wall in 2:18.78. She also came in third in the 500 free with a time of 5:35.07.
Gabriela Leite notched a win in the 50 free with a time of 26.29. Lapierre followed with a fifth-place finish (27.67), and Gabriella Passero in 10th (30.57). Leite also tallied a third-place finish in the 100 free after touching the wall in 58.69. Then in the 100 fly, she came in fourth with a time of 1:06.60.
Alyssa James came in second in the 100 back, with a time of 1:05.33. Adriana Gill would come in seventh in the event with a time of 1:11.55. James also came in fourth in the 200 back with a time of 2:23.17.
In the 100 breast, Emma Merrick came in second with a time of 1:10.52. Passero came in eighth with a time of 1:32.23. Merrick would also come in third in the 200 breast with a time of 2:36.20. Merrick would also win the 200 IM with a time of 2:21.57.
Shelby Nerber came in second on the 1-meter board with a score of 155. Haleena Reygers followed in third with a score of 144.50. Then on the 3-meter board, Reygers came in second with a score of 151, while Nerber came in third with a score of 150.85.
In the 200-medley relay, the team of James, Merrick, O'Keefe, and Snayczuk won with a time of 1:53.49. Then in the 200 free relay, the team Snayczuk, Leite, James, and O'Keefe came in first with a time of 1:4239.
