Tiante Murray had one hit while Breena Komarnisky threw four strike outs.

In Game 2-

Adriana DuVal had a great first collegiate start for the Pioneers, notching five strike outs in 9 inning complete game, which resulted in an Alfred State win.  The game started with a 2-1 lead for the Rams after one inning, but then remained a pitcher's duel over the next three innings as no team could grab a run. Farrell put the Pioneers on her back with an RBI triple in the fifth inning, to tie the game, and then tacked on an RBI double in the seventh, both plating Olivia KrattsBreena Komarnisky then returned the favor, bringing Farrell in for a score with a double to left field. Caley Larsen forced extra innings in the bottom of the seventh, doubling in Madigan Harris and Nicolina Sottile for a pair of RBI to tie the game at 7-7.  North Central carried a 10-9 lead into the bottom of the ninth.  Down to their last out with a runner at second, Hailee Smith lined a clutch single into center to score Komarnisky and advance Abby Beidel to second, setting the stage for Olivia Kratts' heroics.  Kratts promptly lined a walk-off single into centerfield, plating Beidel for the comeback win.
