Alfred, NY- The Alfred State Women's Swim and Dive team captured a big win on senior day, 185-51.

To start off the day, four Pios broke the AU pool record in the 200 freestyle relay, the team of Madison Snayczuk, Gabriela Leite, Alyssa James and Mallory O'Keefe, as they touched with wall first with an impressive time of 1:40.06. The same team also came in first in the 400 medley relay with a time of 4:08.86.

O'Keefe broke AU's pool record in the 100 butterfly, coming in first place with an impressive time of 58.90. She also came in first place in the 50 butterfly with a time of 26.56.

James notched first place in both the 50 and 100 backstroke with respective times of 29.93 and 1:03.51.

Snayczuk tallied two first place wins in the 50 and 100 freestyle with respective times of 24.76 and 54.11.

Adriana Gill took first place in the 100 IM with an impressive time of 1:09.26. She also touched the wall in second place in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:08.51.

Leite took home second place in both the 50 freestyle and the 50 butterfly with respective times of 25.57 and 26.98.
The Pioneers will be back in the pool after break on January 25th in Oneonta.Â
