Alfred, NY- Silas Egenluaf of the Alfred State Football team garners D3 Football All-Region honors.

The Senior linebacker earns this honor after being tabbed ECFC Defensive Player of the Year as he lead the Pioneers to back-to-back conference championships. Egenlauf topped the Pioneers defense and league in several categories, including solo tackles (67), total tackles (126), and tackles per game (11.5). He also ranked second in TFL (13) and TFL yards (41). Egenlauf hit double-digit tackles in seven of the Pioneers' 11 games, including 16 tackles against MIT. The senior LB also added two forced fumbles, two interceptions including one returned for a touchdown, and three pass breakups to finish the season.
