The Alfred State men's track and field team finished sixth of 14 teams at the University of Rochester Alumni Invitational on Saturday.

Dylan Perlino (Holland) won discus with a throw of 48.40 meters and was 4^th in hammer with 52.78 meters.

The 4x100-meter relay of Ryan Henderson, Zach Rudewicz-Nepokroeff (Williamsville East), Cameron Howard (Brockport) and Esaias Brumfield (Warners/West Genesee) took 3^rd in 44.03.

Derek Walter (Lancaster) was 5^th in the 400-meter hurdles in 57.37.

Gavin Bathgate (East Rochester) was 5^th in the 5000-meters in an AARTFC mark of 15:24.67.

Brumfield was 8^th in the 100-meters in 11.43.

Kyle Brown (Dryden) was 11^th in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:00.85.

The Pioneers host the CSAC Championships on Saturday and Sunday May 7-8.
