Chamber, Johnson, & Rudewicz-Nepokroeff Place at Atlantic Regionals

Cameron Chambers (East Rochester), Jesse Johnson (Horseheads), and Zach Rudewicz-Nepokroeff (Williamsville East) recorded top-six finishes on day two of the All-Atlantic Regionals to lead the Alfred State track & field team.

Chambers finished 5th in the 800 m with a time of 1:54.95. His time is the 5th fastest in school history.

Johnson finished tied for 6th with a personal best leap of 1.91 m.

Rudewicz-Nepokroeff finished 6th in the long jump with a mark of 7.07 m. His performance is now the 2nd best in school history.

The Pioneers finished the two-day event, hosted at St. John Fisher, with 11 points. In the team standings, Alfred State was 23rd out of 34 teams that competed (32 teams scored).
