Buffalo, NY- The Alfred State men's cross country finished 10th out of 14 colleges at the Canisius Alumni Classic.

Two Pioneers in the top 100 finishers. Christian Wescott led the team, finishing 61st out of 185 runners with a time of 27:24.1, while Max Knight was not too far behind Wescott, finishing 73rd, clocking a 27:52.7.

Mamadou Barry finished with a time of 29:16.9, placing 106th, and Andrew Coriaty finished the race with a time of 30:13.5, placing 127th. Not too far behind them were Nolan Lebaron and Carson Hulka, finishing 147th and 149th, both getting 31:15.9 and 31:19.1. Liam Hudson finished 156th with a time of 31:50.4. Grayson Montague rounded out the evening with a time of 34:40.6 and finished 173rd.

The Men's cross-country team will be competing at the AMCC championship on November 1st.
