Hartwick, NY- The Alfred State men swim and dive took a win over St. Lawrence 175-71.5.
Conor Compton won both 1-meter and 3-meter boards. On the 1-meter, he scored 269.85, followed by Bryan Reichert in second with a score of 225.55. Then on the 3-meter board, Compton won with a score of 272.25. Reichert followed in second with a score of 218.65.
In the 100 breast, Riley Hoyt came in second with a time of 1:03.17. Derek Mrachko followed in fourth with a time of 1:04.94. Mrachko also tallied a third-place finish in the 200 breast. Hoyt would also take second in the 500 free with a time 5:12.96. Mrachko then came in third in the 200 IM with a time of 2:14.60.
Dillon Madigan took third in the 1000 free with a time of 11:22.28. Dominic Mintz notched a third-place finish in the 200 fly. Mintz would also pick up a second-place finish in the 100 fly with a time of 56.99.
In the 50 free, Fred Ginder and Owen Baker came in third and fourth respectively. Ginder also picked up a second-place finish in the 100 free with a time of 50.42. Baker followed with a third-place finish in that event with a time of 53.47.
The team of Parker Brod, Ginder, Baker, and Hoyt took second in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:33.27. Then the team of Brod, Hoyt, Mintz, and Mrachko came in second in the 200 medley relay.
