Alfred N.Y.- Alfred State men's soccer dominates in match up against Pitt-Brad winning the game 10 nil. Pioneers move to 8-3 on the season, 2-0 in conference play.
Starting strong for the Pioneers, Chuck Domm through a smooth slide kick netted a goal after finding a pass from Travis Scandalis. The shot was scored two minutes into the game. Domm followed up that goal less than two minutes later with another goal. Domm scored the goal by aggressively attacking the box and crossing over his defender.
Nuri Sarbudak got himself on the board shortly after with an assist by Alexander Romero who kicked a pass into the middle of the box that found Sarbudak for the goal. Then in the 6th minute, Jack Leahy followed with a score as he netted his seventh goal of the season with a high center shot. Travis Scandalis assisted in the Leahy shot. Scandalis pushed the score to 5-0 for the Pioneers after shooting a high left goal which was assisted by Domm. Domm would get himself a hat trick after scoring straight off a pass by Sarbudak.
Later in the first half, first-year forward, TJ Brackett got himself back-to-back goals for the brace. His two goals would push the Pioneers lead to 8-0. His first goal was assisted by Farhan Abdi, then his second goal was assisted by Kyle Cunnigham, which was his first assist of the season. Will Leahy gave the Pioneers their ninth goal of the game in the 40th minute after taking control of the ball and crossing away the defense fit the score.
In the second half, Pioneers got their 10th and final goal of the game while shutting down the Panthers after Brogan Cotter netted a low right goal off a Lucas Jorgenson assist.
 Alex Preston picked up the win in goal, while Marcus Tittle picked up two saves. The Pioneers will return to action this Saturday as the take on Penn State Altoona at Altoona 2pm.
