Aurora, NY- The Alfred State men's basketball team takes down Wells in a rout 70-57. The Pioneers moved to 4-5 on the season and 2-1 in conference play.

Cody Schneider tallied another double-double with 20 points and 16 rebounds. Paris Jamison added 17 points and seven rebounds, while Dylan Perry added 14 points and Ryan Rosa tallied 10 points.

Schneider got the Pioneers offense going with two free throws and a three. Then back-to-back layups from Jamison and Rosa gave the Pios their first lead, 9-7. After an Alfred State timeout, Rosa and Jamison put in layups and Perry knocked down his first three for the 18-9 lead. ASC ended the half on an 14-8 run.

The Pioneers were able to hold of the Express run to secure the 13 point victory.
