The Alfred State volleyball team made it six straight with a 25-16, 25-20, 25-16 victory over Penn College on Wednesday evening. The win propels the Lady Pioneers to 9-2 on the year and snaps the Wildcats four game winning streak.

Kay Pfleghardt (Tioga) led the way with nine kills and six digs. Janae Hamilton (Ellicottville) added eight kills, Lera Braun (Waterloo) had 23 assists and seven digs, and Jessica Padley (Sweet Home) had a game high 12 digs. Madison Szpaicher (Ellicottville) added 11 digs while Grace Hall (Ellicottville) chipped in six kills.

The blue & gold are back in action tomorrow night when they head to Davis College for a 7 p.m. start with the Falcons.
