Sarah joins the Alfred State Coaching Staff after a decorated career as an athlete with the team. She will be working with the Cross Country team as well as the Sprinters & Hurdlers. A multiple time All-Conference athlete in both Cross Country and Track & Field, Sarah brings a level of excitement and commitment that is unmatched. She finished her XC career as the top Pioneer at AMCC Championships and was a Six Time Conference Champion in Track & Field. She ranks in the top 10 All-Time in Pioneer history in the 100m, 200m (Outdoor), 400m (Indoor & Outdoor), 400m Hurdles, 4x100m Relay, 4 x 400m Relay (Indoor & Outdoor), and the Pentathlon.
