Alfred, NY- The Alfred State Pioneer Athletes of the Week are Marcus Roney (Football) and Regan Curabba (Women's Soccer).

Marcus Roney (Rochester, NY, Churchville) helped the Pioneer defense limit Hilbert offense. Roney tallied 10 solo tackles, with three tackles for a loss. On the season, Roney have 14 total tackles, with 13 solo tackles, five tackles for a loss, and a sack. He also has a pass breakup and a forced fumble.

Regan Curabba (Shohola, PA, Delaware Valley) led the Pioneers offense all week as she tallied three goals on four shots. She opened the week with a two goal brace in the win over Keuka.
