Alfred, NY- This week's Pioneer Athletes of the Week are Dianna Pineda (Women's Wrestling) and Sean Malenfant (Men's Wrestling).
 

Dianna Pineda (Deltona, FL, Deltona) finished first in the 117 bracket to secure the AMCC title. In her lone match of the day, he tallied a 2:43 fall over Hailey Hankinson.
 

In the 184 bracket of the John Summa Invite, Sean Malenfant (Averill Park, NY, Averill Park) took the top spot as he went 5-0 on the day with five first round falls. He took down Caiden Hooks (Ott) in :44, Brayden Kobylinski (MU) in 1:11, Kodi Pfeiffer (CWRU) in 1:29, Mathew Gummere (CWRU) in 2:04, and Aiden Helmke (ONU) in 2:11.
