Rochester, NY- The Alfred State women's track and field team competed at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup. The team finished seventh out of 16 teams.
Emily Richardson won the High Jump after jumping 1.58 meters (5 feet, 2.25 inches).
Alysha Calvo was able to take third after jumping 1.48 meters (4 feet, 10.25 inches).
In the 4x200 the team of
Nichole Leitten,
Emily Richardson, Kiera Crahan,
Oli Kraynik finished third with a time of 1:51.96.
Kraynik also finished third with a time of 59.55 in the 400-meter final.
Janiesha Dureny took seventh in the Shotput after a best throw of 11.40 meters (37 feet, 5 inches).
The Pioneers will be back in action next weekend, as they travel to a meet at Kent State University.
