Williamstown, MA- Eight Pioneers competed at the AARTFC Championships Day one.
Tyler Konter earned nineth place in the long jump final with a best jump of 6.8 meters.
Ben VanVranken took home eleventh place in pole vault with a best jump of 4.25 meters.
Brandon Russell placed 17
th in the Men's discus throw with a best throw of 42.51.
In the Men's 4x100, a team of
Dean Brainard, Marco Quinteros,
Jordan White and
Aden Alexander finished with a time of 43.40, landing them a 19
th place finish.
Madison Snayczuk would finish 25
th in the long jump final with a best jump of 4.94 meters.
Tomorrow sees
Oli Kraynik in the Women's 800m and
Hailey Kumpf,
Ava Sylvester,
Olivia Plummer and Kraynik in the Women's 4x800. In the Men's 4x800, the team of
Max Knight,
Greyson Montague,
Mamadou Barry and
Christian Wescott will compete.
Greg Raymond will throw in the Men's Hammer Throw and
Aden Alexander in the Men's Triple Jump.
Madison Snayczuk will compete in the Women's Triple Jump, with
Emily Richardson in the Women's High Jump.
