Tiffin, OH- The Alfred State Women's Wrestling team traveled to Ohio to take on five teams, where they came away with a win over Waynesburg, 25-14. The Pios are now 2-7 on the season. 
 
In the dual vs Waynesburg, Dianna Pineda earned a forfeit win in the 117.

In the 131-weight class, Anna Sheahan grabbed a big win over Mickayla Baniaga by fall in 58 seconds.

Brooke Walsh would be the next Pio to grab a win in the 138 match over Melanie Matherson by fall in 59 seconds.

 Ethe Hemphill would continue the energy in the 145 match, as she took down Kaylee Jegla by fall in 1:34.
 
Allison Strausbaugh would then earn herself a win by forfeit in the 160.
 
The Pioneers will be back on the mat tomorrow in Hiram, Ohio for the Hiram Duals, starting at 9 am.
