Erie, PA- The Alfred State Men's Soccer team traveled to Erie tonight to take on the Penn-State Behrend Lions in a hard-fought match-up that resulted in a tie, 0-0. The Pios are now 11-3-1 on the season, tournament play starting in November.

In a thrilling match-up that highlighted both teams' strong defenses, the Pioneers and the Lions fought hard, but neither could find the back of the net. ASC took a total of 7 shots throughout the game, testing the Lions defense.
Alexander Preston guarded the Pioneers net tonight, tallying 4 saves.

The Pios head back on the road to Pittsburgh, PA this Saturday to take on La Roche, kick off set for 1 pm.
