Domm began his coaching career at East Rochester High School, where he led the Bombers to three Section V titles and captured the 2020 New York State Class C Championship. He then spent over a decade on staff at SUNY Brockport, earning a promotion to Associate Head Coach in 2013. There, he earned NCAA All-American honors in 1996 and 1997, was named SUNYAC Player of the Year, and still ranks among the school’s all-time leaders in goals (41), assists, and points (98). Domm helped lead Fredonia to two NCAA Tournament appearances and a No. 1 national ranking in 1996. He went on to play professionally for the Rochester Rhinos from 1997–1999. A 1994 High School All-American at Brighton, Domm was inducted into the Fredonia Athletics Hall of Fame in 2024. He currently serves as a physical education teacher at East Rochester High School and holds a B.S. from SUNY Brockport and an M.S. from St. John Fisher College.
