Buffalo, NY-  The men's swim and dive team had a good opening day at the AMCC-SUNYAC championship. They sit in seventh with 48 points.

The team of Parker Brod, Riley Hoyt, Dominic Mintz, and Derek Mrachko took seventh in the opening event the 200-medley relay. They touched the wall in 1:41.00. Then in the 800 free relay the team of Riley Hoyt, Owen Baker, Dominic Mintz, and Fred Ginder took seventh after touching the wall in 7:23.89.

The Pioneers will be back in the pool at 10 am for session three.
