Emma Merrick had a great opening weekend as she won two events and finished second in two events. She won the 200 breast with a time of 2:39.17, she followed with a win in the 200 IM after touching the wall in 2:25.64. Merrick then notched a second-place finish in the 100 breast after touching the wall in 1:12.89.
